All Kittens’ Mittens Child Care Educators and other staff members undergo several screenings and trainings:

• Childcare Development Certification
• Criminal Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector Screen
• Up to date training in child care First Aid and CPR
• Up to date training in Safety Food Handling
• Technology training program by Hi Mama Technologies
• In-house orientation and training on our Policies and Procedures
• Training on the latest industry best practices
• Medical & Health Reports

We encourage our team to participate in other training, conferences, or educational options that will help them expand their professional skills and knowledge and support their social and emotional development.
